They have taken the time to understand your needs and the requirements of your project and they have listed those details most important to you in the proposal. This proposal is used by our crews as the template for completing the job to your satisfaction.
Your project is managed by a professional.
A job site supervisor will be overseeing your project from start to finish. Southern Woods Flooring professionals will be on-site on your project full time and will work with you daily. We will be using state of the art equipment to be sure your project progresses smoothly. Our role is to communicate with you throughout the job, answer your questions, and address your concerns.
We will be there after the job is complete.
With our owner’s personal follow up to every project you will have the ear of the man in charge. Our company President will personally contact you approximately 1 to 3 weeks after the project is complete to ensure it was delivered to your satisfaction with regard to both the final results of the work and your overall experience using Southern Woods Flooring.
