My partner is a carpenter himself and is exceptionally picky, and the owner made it a point to make sure he (and me) were happy with everything. He was incredibly patient with us when we were going back and forth between choosing a stain and helped us explore different options until we were categorically happy. He stayed in close contact with us every step of the way, which is insanely appreciated. All in all, our floors look freaking amazing, like something out of a magazine, and we are so glad that we went with the southern woods.
